This unit consists of a large open garage space with built in work tables in the back of the unit as well as a small separated office space also in the back of the unit. It has an overhead light and a gas overhead heater. Gas service would have to be arranged by the customer and be the sole responsibility of the customer including any and all inspection permits, fees and connection costs. Access to this unit is through a keypad outside the door. You will be provided with the code upon rental.
